Email System Error - Returned Email with Subject:

I have been trying to send a number of emails to addresses on two domains operated by the same organisation. The emails are all returned with the following message;

'We tried to deliver your message multiple times over a few days; however, the person's destination email provider has not been reachable or has not accepted this message. We have stopped trying to deliver this message. Please check with the person you are trying to send to that they can still receive emails at this address.

Your message was not delivered within 0 days and 0 hours.

Host xxxxxxs.co.uk is not responding.

The following recipients did not receive this message:

     <2gp@xxxxxxxs.co.uk>

     <gsupt@xxxxxxs.co.uk>

I have no problem with other addresses on different domains.

I can send to these addresses using both googlemail and Outlook.com.

The operator of these accounts tell me it's a problem with BT email.

Any ideas please?
