Email Trash Deletions

Trash emails used to sit there until I deleted them. The last month or two I have noticed that they are now automatically deleted after 7 days. How can I change this as I want to keep them for longer. I don't think it is appropriate that BT seem to have unilaterally decided to implement this. Many thanks in advance!

You can not change the time that your Trash folder is cleared. If you don't want them deleted don't put them in the delete folder!

Make a new folder named "Pending Deletion" or something similar where you can keep them for as long as you like until you make up your mind whether to delete or not or you could of course leave them in their original folder until you make up your mind.
