I'm hoping that someone can help with my problem. I have 2 @btinternet.com addresses which I have been using for many years and this week they have stopped working. I usually connect using Outlook and they are looked at every day. This week outlook stopped being able to connect, I tried logging on using a browser but get the message that my details cannot be verified, my Android phone will also not connect any more.
The BT helpdesk just say that the accounts are not active and they cannot help, this is not what I want to hear.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
If you cannot access it via webmail, and they say they are inactive, then there is nothing this user forum can do to help.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
