Email address problem

Hi, I need help. 

I created a bit sport account and payed the £25 for the month but accidentally added a Captial letter into the email address and I now can’t get access to the email i need to activate the account, because the email it’s being sent to does not exist.

Emails aren't case sensitive, so that won't be the issue. Have you checked the junk email folder?
