We have just joined BT for unlimited calling plan and BB option3. New line etc installed yesterday. The btinternet.com username and password doesn't seem to work - Have called BT and they say my username/password is correct but when trying to set up email or log onto BT Fon etc it says it is invalid. I don't know why it doesn't work - Any ideas???
As Alan mentioned after a day or so you should be "on the system"
And you can try them HERE to check your Fon status.
