Email addresses not loading automatically when logging in

 ...... just have stopped of their own accord ... how do I get them to load gain ?

If it is when you are logging in using a web browser it is a web browser problem and not a BT problem. You will need to go into your browser settings and check the "stored passwords" section and ensure it is turned on.
