Email if leaving

I know if leaving BT broadband there a number of options on how to keep email address. Not really looking at the £7.50 premium, but I believe the free option doesn't allow app access, on web.

I have someone who is willing to accept these email addresses into their BT broadband account. How do they/me go about getting them transferred into their account? I then believe that they have to change these to gift accounts so that they don't have full access?

Hi @BlueMeany you'll need to move the mailbox then get the account holder to gift it back to you. The steps you both need to follow are explained on this link.
