I have just upgraded to BT Infinity Fibreoptic broadband. The switch over took place last Friday. Since then we cannot get any of the Apple devices (iPhones and iPad) in the house to connect to our btinternet email (sending or receiving) - they work fine elsewhere but no longer in our house. Furthermore, when using Facebook, pictures and photos are not uploading properly. We have checked all the connections on the router and have restarted it several times but this has not resolved the problem.
Any ideas? This only began when the switch over happened.
