I have been having issues first with Outlook 2013 with Windows 10, it kept asking for my password. It has stopped doing that but now wont send any emails, though am receiving emails, so the password is obviously correct.
I am getting this message
I have followed the guidance so not sure what I am doing wrong!
Then on my android phone, when I try to create or reply to email, it states" error adding recipient to message" and then freezes so I have to kill the app.
Lastly, I bought my daughter a new computer, so was trying to set up her email and it is having the same issue as I am for Windows 10.
It is not the app, as gmail and work email functionality is fine for these emails.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue and resolved it?
