Hi.
when I click on my email app on my phone, my emails open but then close down after 2-3 seconds, returning me to my phone’s hone page!
any help would be much appreciated

It would be helpful if you said which email app are you using and on which type of phone.
Have you tried uninstalling the app and then re-installing it?

The BT email app is hopeless, uninstall it and install a better mail app.
