Yet again this evening I am getting the message about BT having a problem with emails that they are trying to fix and to try again later. This is becoming an almost daily occurrence now. Is anyone else having the same problem as I am getting sick of reporting this. I am losing the will to live with BT's service at the moment.
I'm also getting this message. It's becoming an almost daily problem now. Have reported it to BT but so far have had no resolution and no help at all. When I moan about it I am told that the email service is free and that users only pay for broadband. This seems like a complete cop out to me.
Me aswell. It's now two and a half hours after the first message was posted about this and still no fix.
