Email returned as spam

Has anyone else had a problem sending emails to btinternet users? Mine are being returned as spam in some cases, but not every one.  Please could someone at BT sort this out?

Hi @Miranda1  Are you sending from a btinternet address?

No from AOL.com, but never had a problem before, the (now 3) contacts I have a problem with I have emailed without problem for years.
