This new email is horrendous - everything takes an age to do. Do BT think we're all little old ladies who send a couple of emails a week? I deal in hundreds of emails a day, most with multiple photo and other document attachments. What used to be one click to file the attachments is now four manoeuvres - and then I have to scroll down with the wheel on my mouse to find the folder I want, instead of the old cursor bar, which performed the task in a second or two! What on earth are you guys thinking of?  I'll be looking to change to a slicker provider if you don't sort your act out soon.

It would be far better just to change to Third party email provider like thunderbird for pc or blue mail for android and use that to pick up you bt mail
