I have not received an email, therefore if I hadnt looked on this forum i wouldnt have noticed until the chanel goes dead. 

Thats a poor show on BTs customer care side.

Me neither. In the previous Fox mega-thread (now locked) the following was mentioned:

If I could add screenshots to this forum I could show you my emails. It says file size too big (over 330k) when I try it. I have loads of emails on my registered primary btinternet.com address from BT like "your free caller display ends soon" , "stopping your BT service" , "BT sport is changing" ," collection from parcelforce" , "you need to return your kit" , and every Friday I get " The Friday Fix" email. 

As I said in a previous thread my email about fox on BT tv was sent to my yahoo email address. Why is this? If you want proof tell me how to add screenshots to this forum without getting file size too big errors.

Nothing here either, I have checked both the addresses I have registered with BT, nothing has arrived at either. If I didn't read this forum I'd be none the wiser about fox going, I assume the first I would have known would be when it disappeared! 

BT really need to sort out their customer service departments, it can't be that difficult to sent out a standard email to all those affected.... Can it??

Looks like it is too difficult, I know a few people who have BTTV who aren't on this forum had no idea about losing fox.
