I can see a few posts similar to this, but I am not technical at all and may need to speak to someone to guide me.
For the last few days any emails on my bt account that I send from my phone just sit in my outbox. I have tried switching the phone on and off.
today I have the same problem with my ipad but this time it tells me the sender address was invalid - these are common email addresses that I use, so are definitely correct.
I can send emails from other accounts, it is just my BT one.
I can sent BT emails from my desk top.
Where do I start in order to resolve this please.
Are you a BT Broadband customer or paying for your email through a BT Premium email account.
Have you checked that you have the correct server settings on your email apps.
