Hi there, my inbox emails have all completely disappeared on both my iPhone and on my laptop (laptop uses Outlook). I've tried deleting the email account on my iPhone and re-installing it but no luck.
Any ideas on what I can do to resolve the situation or do I need to contact BT???
Have you checked they are still there using web main?
Sorry not quite sure what you mean by web main, but I’ve logged into my emails on BT website and not seeing them there either 😞
Any idea how I escalate this with BT?? I’m struggling to find where I can report the problem 😞
