Hi, seeking help
i have an account with Coinbase, an American Cryptocurrency exchange.
My account is tied to my email address, password and google two factor authentication which works every time ok.
As an additional part of the secure login they then send an email to my bt email address to verify my actual device where you tap on the link and it authenticates. Previously I have had no problems then all of a sudden I am not now receiving these verification emails so cannot enter my account.
Logged a ticket with Coinbase and tried all their suggestions to no avail. They now suggest it may be something to do with white lists or my isp blocking their emails.
Help required to understand how to tackle this issue
All my other emails work fine.
