Hoping that someone can help please.
Recently my mother has not been receiving emails that I have been sending to her BT email account. She has checked her blocked senders list and there are no entries in the list. I also got her to add me to her safe senders list but she is still not receiving my emails.
As a test I sent her an email from a second email account that I use (gmail) and she received the email. So I am confident that the issue is not with my end.
Any one suggest a solution please?
