Employee appraisal

Was chatting to Ushashi from BT over the phone at around 18:15 (18/10/2017) about checking why my internet keeps dropping. She was really clear and helpful with a great attitude. I don't know if there is a employee appraisal section, but just wanted to say thanks for the pleasant experience. 

 

Someone give her a raise!

Hi @pippincp We deal with all cases in turn from when they are sent into us. But I would expect 2-3 days is more likely at present before we get to it 😉
