My tenant has moved out of my flat as of 1 October 2021. The property is currently empty for the next 3 months or so. Do I need to pay standing charges even if no one lives there?

Who is the phone/broadband account holder, do you pay the line rental, as its normally the tenant that would have their own account?
I assume you are referring to a BT Retail account.
