Engineer did not turn up. Nothing is set up. I want to cancel package
I ordered BT TV, broadband and landline. The engineer was supposed to come to my house to install everything betwen 8a.m. to 1p.m. but he did not arrive.
So I have no services from BT running. I am very disappointed with this service and see many other people on these forums complaining about BT. I have never had any problems with my previous ISP. I want to cancel my package completely. How can I do this?
