Today's tech guy did all the same things as yesterdays tech guy and after 30 minutes told me it will all be working by tomorrow evening.
He said he will call me back tomorrow to check that it is working and arrange for an engineer to call to fit a new master socket.
Being a very sceptical person, and considering my experience with the tech team over the last few days, I'm not really expecting any of those things to happen 😉
