My son is having broadband installed in our house. The Engineer called this morning to do some work outside. Whatever he did affected my next door neighbour's internet connection and they had a word with him so he had to re-attach some wires. He left and now our neighbours have no internet at all. THEY BOTH WORK FROM HOME! One is something in the City and the other is a teacher, They urgently need their internet. How the heck do I get in touch with the Outreach Engineer? There is a virtual assistant online but there is a 26 minute delay and then I don't know if they'll be able to help.
I urgently need an engineer who knows what he's doing HELP!
