This forum has nothing to do with Openreach who are responsible for arranging engineers for Sky. If Sky is your provider you will have to go through them if you have a complaint.
Just to add, Openreach are notorious for not wanting to talk to end-users. They will contact you if they want something from you, but (in most cases) you can't contact them.
Ultimately, your contract is with Sky, not Openreach. It's them you need to keep hassling.
