The engineer did not show up yesterday to install Fiberoptic. No apology on the day for not turning up. Phoned twice today, apparently it can take 24 hours to receive a response on the reasons why he did not appear. Left in limbo not knowing what is going on.
Noticed there is a Virgin cable outside the door, currently very tempting!!!

I'm sorry that the engineer didn't arrive yesterday to connect your broadband. I appreciate the time you have spent on the phone today. My colleague should have been able to find out what happened.
