That’s useful to know. My building isn’t a block of flats, it’s a house converted into flats if that makes sense. I wish they just explained that instead of leaving me waiting.
Okay great, I hope they do because all my freeholder has asked is for what they need to do to the outside of the building.

Hi @ksherelle, welcome to the forum and sorry your order had to be cancelled.
You would be best to return the equipment as your account is closed and you will continue to get the emails chasing the equipment return. If you do decide to place your order again new equipment will be automatically be sent with that order.

In that case, you will have to wait to see what Openreach suggest when they visit. Do what @JohnC2 has suggested, he may be able to arrange returns bag, but it may take a few days, as they are busy.
That’s fine. Yeah as long as I get the bag to return then I can continue to reorder
