Do customers get the new 4K tv box with the entertainment plus package my box is at least 4-5 years old it’s th hd box similar to the new one in size shape

Do you get a new 4K box with the entertainment plus package with halo 1 my box is 4-5 years old and needs resetting when the remote stops communicating correctly with the box it is the same remote that came with the hdtv box similar to the 4K tv box

I was given, and accepted, the option to cancel my BT TV classic package when the premier league was suspended.

Just weeks later, when I signed up for one of the NowTV packages, I stated that I didn't need any equipment as I still had it but I was informed that my old box (T2100) was now a very old box and wouldn't be able to cope with NowTV.

I think the real issue was that the default box now appears to be the 4K UHD box which was indeed what they sent me
