Please help as I am demented with bt. We renewed our package and since then we have had nothing but problems. Latest tonight is that there are no 'extra' channels ie sport, comedy, kids, sky movies etc. Have phoned bt but no further forward. Anybody else had this problem? Done all the troubleshooting. Thanks in advance
