I have just signed up for now tv entertainment package. Able to watch on tv but android app says I have no passes?
I am signed into same account.... any ideas?
You don't say if you are using the Now TV app or the BT TV app.
I would imagine that you would need to login and use the BT TV app to get accesss.
@super-saint, sorry about that, your BT TV plan and Now TV login need to be linked to show your passes in the Now TV app and this should have happened as part of the order process. I'll message you now so you can get in touch and we'll be happy to get that checked.
