I'm running a Youview box on a BT Infinity FTTC package. I also have a BT landline phone.
I have installed the BT TV app on an iPhone4.
I have managed to lock in my BT phone account to the BT app - as it uses a different email address, but that is another story.
My problem with the app is that when starting up it always asks me to log in.
I do so using the @btinternet.com email address and password.
I always get an Error Message of TVE_A931. Does anyone know if this is resovable? YJe phone is paired to the Youview box.
I used the online chat service and an advisor stated that the log in on the app and the rror message were related to those who possess a SECOND Youview box! Is this correct?

Is their not an option to skip the login - there is on the Ipad app ?
I think you need an active TV with Extra Box subsrciption to login and access content.
Yes. There is that option to skip the login.
It seems odd programming of the app - asking me for a login i appear not to need.
