Error ID003

Hi,

 

just added the bt sport monthly pass and the money has already left my account. However when I download the bt sport app and try to log in, I just get error ID003. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times but keep getting the same issue. Can anyone pleas help?
