The WAN VLAN ID for BT Infinity is 101. I know its a long shot, if anyone knows please help.
The other VLAN ID used by the OR modem is 301 if that's any help.

The Latest is the BT Wholesale are looking into it. They think its an issue with infinity customers & the exchange.
I should be getting a ring back in 2 days.. At the minute they don't think its a router issue as people using the HomeHub3 & 4 are getting the same error message. I shall wait to hear from them.
I've had this error code any many others since 3 days ago, when my service was activated (about 3 days later than per contract). I got the excuse that my activation was overlooked!
My current status is ................ TV reception fine, and really appreciate the 4 souped up HD channels.
However, the internet feed is in bad shape! I've recorded nearly every 6xxx combination available (with VC as a prefix, and some with no prefix) followed by additional error codes like err: VC017.
Now when it comes to actually speaking to their helpline, I've had lots of different advice, which I have duly followed - with unfortunately no success whatsoever.
What I find truly amazing, is that the recorded video snipits that are freely available for most of the sports broadcast, play on my computer perfectly! But when it comes to watching a live feed, it's been a 100% case of diddly squat!
Also, to add insult to injury, my son has gave me his spare internet link to Sky Sports, which as worked perfectly from the outset (about a year ago).
So come on BT, get your tekkies' heads together with Sky's and put this embarrassing mess right PDQ!!!!!
As a small BT shareholder I am horrified at the non-successful launch of this product, but sincerely hope BT gets it's act together PDQ, or I fear the worst 😞
This worked for me with a Draytek 2860 router. Just enabled the IGMP Proxy and IGMP Snooping and BT sport burst into life. THanks for the tip
