Error Message when sending e-mail

For the past couple of days I keep getting error message (unable to be send this message) operation timed out etc when trying to send from my desktop pc. Sometimes it does actually send but does not appear int he sent box others times does not send and on a couple of occassions sent 2 or 3 times. This is very frustrating as I am voluntary secretary of a group and need to regularly send mails to members. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ritab,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting, are you using webmail or an email client to send your emails and are you having this problem when sending group emails or is it only affecting an individual email recipient?  If you are still having problems with your email reply back with as much info as you can.
