Error code ID153

Trying to log into Bt sport via xbox using my other email address, I do have a valid subscription (with this email) and the password and user name is correct.  Please help. Thanks

The BT Sport pass on this email address is current paused Cai. You need to log into MyBT and resume it before you can use it to log in again.
I'm confused by your comment about "other email address". If you have a different account with a different subscription on it then please send me a DM with details and I'll take look.
