Error message when claiming reward

I have tried several times to claim reward

Recieved a txt to claim this morning.

Same message continuously coming up.

Error try again another day

I also have the same issue. I received the text message a couple of days ago and I tried to claim the reward using different devices. But I keep getting the error and ask me to try later.
