Hi @VA sorry about that, can you try deleting the cookies and cache on your web browser settings then try the order on this link? BT Sport Monthly pass

Re: Error message when trying to purchase bt sport monthly pass

Thanks for your reply.

very confused as I have just come off the phone with a BT operator who told me that I cannot buy the monthly pass without having Sky or EE or be a current BT customer. I thought the whole point of the £25 a month contract free was that I didn’t require any of those items.

so either false advertising or bt customer services don’t know what they are selling.

defeats the object as I’ve missed half the Liverpool game already.

ps tried deleting my cache/history on both chrome and IE and still have the same error message.

Re: Error message when trying to purchase bt sport monthly pass

Hi @VA that's completely wrong I so sorry. You don't need to have any BT services to buy the pass and the service is provided via the app.  The mod team will be happy to help but it will take us a few days to get back in touch as we're really busy at the moment. I'll send you a private message with details on how you can get in touch.

No i never fixed it

I signed up to see it on Sky instead

I got the same response on the phone as well about you have to be a BT customer but it clearly states otherwise.

Twitter customer services said try signing up on a smartphone (it worked for someone else it appears.
