I'm trying to finish the final setup of the SmartTalk app on two different Android phones as seen here
However, I encounter this message
Both phones are logging in under their own BT ID separate to the account holder which is owned by my Dad, and obviously the setup process is somewhat working because it accepts the landline number. Any help will be appreciated.
If its the first one you set up, then it would be your account BT ID.
For new signups, you have to create a new BT ID, and use that to setup SmartTalk.
