Should this be enough to get a mods attention nearly 6 days? One other thing I think there was a restriction on my noise margin would they remove all caps on this connection?

With over 38000 header corrections on those stats for a 5 day period, that connection NEEDS 6db at least, if not more. And as stated ADSL2 and + connections are line derived from using a 6db margin, and if it rises, it's become or is naturally noisy. Physics undefeated.
