I have a problem with my youview box. At least once a week, usually more, whenver i goto watch something on demand i cant because it says the ethernet is disconnected, even though its not.
The only way i can get it to work is to unplug the ethernet cable from the box and plug it back in again. broadband connection is always fine & is very stable.
Any ideas for a fix?
Thanks for the post. This is a strange one, perhaps a faulty Ethernet cable or connection on the box? If you send me your details I will look into this for you.
