Eurosport now available on Big Sport and VIP TV plan

I ran a rescan of channels yesterday and both the SD and HD channels appeared.

Same for me. Big sport and HD+4K bundle subscriber.

SD channels fine. HD appear in EPG but I get the message to add to package, click okay then get the message stating to switch my package to big sport or VIP.... Hmmm

Tried a re-scan and a reboot. Same.

I am very sorry to read that some of you haven't been able to get the HD variant of Eurosport ☹️  I have highlighted your comments to the relevant team and I am awaiting an update.

As soon as I know more I will post back here.

Great can't access eurosport at all  and youview bt player now. A few error codes now showing BTP-16002 IPC6017 and BTP-115c. i've rebooting hub and tv box to no avail. Codes state I should factory rest machine don't know why as last week I had an engineer visit to do just that

Please factory reset the BT Youview box, it should restore your service, if you find it doesn't post back and I will help further!

Well it's just had an engineer factory rest it a couple of weeks ago! The engineer said it was a different reeset/reinstall to what I could do with the box so now I'm wondering does this box need replacing?

It isn't the box, from what I can see a factory reset should sort it, I will look into why it happened.

All sorted now. I can now view Eurosport 1 & 2 HD
