Just tried again, still on the set up loop here.
+1 still no change with mine either, still only getting the SD versions.
Lose all recordings again and setup various player accounts! Not good is it? Just phoned BT advisor who couldn't solve the problem told me to do a factory reset! 1 an engineer has just done this so why has software gone into error mode again? 2 I don't want to lose recordings and accounts again! 3 She told me a I would get call from someone who should solve this in a few days if not factory reset is needed . WOW

@northwest You can factory reset without losing your recordings.

Yeah I know that but before the engineer reset it I tried that reset format and it failed I will try it now thanks

I tried going into factory reset for some reason it wouldn't. Anyway after 5 attempts I don't need to as all is up and running don't know about bt player eurosport on demand and bt sports app eurosport on demand though. Cheers
