Ex employee (after 37 years) waiting for the letter with BB deals.. now I have to pay for Infinity

Hi all

I left working for BT recently after 37 years service. I now have to pay for BB infinity and bt sport.

Apparently a letter has been sent twice (but never arrived!). This has a code and numbers to ring

re deals etc. Any idea of who I can ring... and dept name to progress this please?

Maybe called - employee loyalty?

Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure about how ex employee deals work but I think if a letter has been sent twice but hasn't been received calling Customer Options on 0800 800 030 might be the best way to get a deal. 

Alternatively maybe emailing your previous manager might help as well.

Thanks for the update. Just called them said they couldn't help. Now ringing 0800 800030 and then 0132 445 1811 employee loyalty team... apparently need the letter with a code on it. cheers Carl

Not happy!!!!

Rang ex employee loyalty team 0132 445 1811 was advised the deal is £79.33 month Unlimited Infinity2 + bt sports hd + weekend calls = WWWOOWW how much... thats £238.47 a quarter.  £952 a year with calls on top!!!!

Online now 'new customers' U/Infinity1 broadband + inc line rental = £35.99 month. So much for 37 years loyalty!!!!

Said only way to get that deal is to leave bt. Wait 2 weeks and come back as a new customer. 

Very diasponinted.. left bt 1/12/17 still no letter with any deals + the special code (requested x5 times). 😞
