I wonder if anyone can help with me reporting a congestion issue at either my exchange or local cabinet?
I suffer high pings from the hours of 8pm and 10pm, although speed isn't greatly reduced. The connection has a master socket only, and does not have extensions or even a telephone plugged in. Purely just broadband with a hard wired connection to a Xbox.
I have thinkbroadband ping monitor setup, and even when the connection is not being used, the pings are increased during these ours.
Pings are fine during the rest of the night / day.
Any help of who to contact would be appreciated.
