Hi - I'm not happy with my line since moving over to BT. Despite having a lift & shift, my line 'seems' as unpredictable as it was when I was on TalkTalk. The speeds in the DSL checker have lowered since the L & S & since a re-sync at 00.30 on the 20th my speed & errors are the worst they've been since I joined BT. Interleave has dropped from 693 to 1 on the DS if that makes a difference.
Prior to the re-sync I was getting a low error count for everything bar FECs. They were in the 1000s. Since the re-sync my speed has lowered to 35mb. The day previous, it was 39Mb. The error counts are going up, bar the FECs which, surprisingly are zero on the DS. To go from the errors on the 19th to the errors below seems a bit unusual. The low error count had been like that for days until the re-sync.

Is this normal behaviour for the DLM? Why would the speed go lower yet all the errors increase? I would have thought it would be the other way round.
I would have thought after nearly a month, the DLM would have stabilised. Anybody?
I take it the 'top authors' don't like people who complain too much 🙂
