We have put together a short survey to capture your feedback in terms of what BT can do when you experience home Wi-Fi issues. We would appreciate it if you could take a couple of minutes to complete a short survey. Read more from here, Fix my home Wi-Fi
I recently decided not to renew my broadband with BT. Quality of service through out the 12 months was great! so BT or the broadband service isn't the reason for not renewing.
I just received my final bill of £60 for early cancellation, this for the line rental, (not broadband) which BT is legally allowed to do as per the contract I signed. However given that new tenants have taken out a new BT infinity Broadband package, which starts ONE day after mine expires, so affectingly I'm paying for a service which someone is already paying.
Is this fair?
