Export my BT email contacts to a Gmail account?

I've got a BT premium account as my primary email address but I want to export my contacts to my secondary Gmail account. Can anyone tell me how to do it please?

Click on your username in the top right hand corner, click Settings > Contacts > More > Export contacts this will create a .CSV file which you can import to Gmail.

I've just tried that Liquorice, but when I click on settings I cannot find the 'more' link.

Any ideas?

Sorry, my mistake. Just click on Contacts in the toolbar,then more.
