Hi, we have had an BT Extender 1200 for about 4 years and it has worked well until now. The extender can no longer connect to our router. We've tried all of the connection instructions, with WPS button and without. The two red range lights continue to flash. While trying to the technique to connect without WPS button, both over wifi and using an ethernet cable, we cannot see the router whether the band button's set to 2.4 or 5. Can we get the connection working again or is the extender kaput?
