This link will give us the information we need to get this investigated for you.
I must add that I did choose the "update on-demand players" option in the YouView settings menu. Maybe that kicked the option back. Not sure that you are missing anything though, there is very little content
Still no extra channels or extra channel catch up with us either. I lost extra channels on the 17th and catch up from last week.
