Hi. I first posted on 23/9. Been dealing with BT technical and complaints, had 5 engineer appointments - only 4 showed up and still have the same problem of BT TV channels breaking up with only one additional device connected. Have had new set top box, router (HH5) and power line adaptors (no improvement with Ethernet). 4 engineers have witnessed fault, tv equipment and line are apparently ok. Been suggested it's a software problem and last engineer from wholesale suggested they move my line to a different router. This hasn't been done as technical tried resetting my service instead. I've almost had enough of BT but can't be bothered with the argument that will come if I cancel my contract (renewed in August). Complaints dept are worse than useless. Can anyone suggest how I can resolve this with BT?
