Having resolved one problem with my BT BB, a new one starts. Every evening (from about 2000) my broadband speed drops to the point that it is impossible to load web pages (even the google home page takes for ages to load). I've tried running the speedtester over the last couple of nights and all I get is the error message "We haven't been able to complete the speed test at this time. This may be due to a problem with the speed tester, or your line may be running very slowly." Any ideas?
can you posts your adsl stats from your router please
can you go back to stats and then show detail and post rest of errors
your crc/hec errors and error seconds are very high for <1hr connected and that is the reason for the poor download/throughput.
your connection speed is low for your attenuation as I would expect about 4/4.5mb
are you connected to the master or preferably the test socket do you have other sockets in other rooms?
if you have a test socket can you connect to that please. can you try quiet line test dial 17070 option 2 should hear nothing and best with corded phone if cordless then dull hum normal
